Shipping Information & Charges

This page gives the approximate prices we charge for packaging and shipping your order. If you make your order using the online system, shipping will be calculated for you.

We generally use an insured road courier to send all orders (Fastway).

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Charges for Scanning Orders

Postage for all scanning orders is fixed at $10 for anywhere in Australia. International orders are charged at cost.

All items are sent by courier, registered mail or express post. If you don't specify which, we will return your film by our choice of courier or registered post as these are the safest methods.

Typical arrival time after completion of your order is one to three days, but on occasion it can take longer. Registered mail and courier items can be tracked, please ring us for your tracking number if you are concerned, but please also wait at least 5 working days for your order to turn up before doing so.

Shipping Charges for Print Orders

A4 Sheet Prints Only - $15

Sent in either stiff backed envelopes or A4 sized box.

A3/A3+ Sheet Prints (or A4 and A3 mixed orders) - $18

A3/A3+ prints are sent in strong boxes with appropriate packing materials to protect the prints.

24" Roll Prints - $18 per tube

Roll prints are sent carefully rolled in tubes, with protective materials between and around prints.

44" Roll Prints - $30 per tube

Roll prints are sent carefully rolled in tubes, with protective materials between and around prints.

Shipping Charges for Inkjet Products / Folios

Our online shopping system will calculate the shipping price for you.

If we have the paper in stock, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. If we have to get the paper in, this usually takes an extra two to three days.

Orders including Coatings

As these are often marked as flammable materials, these must be send by a road based courier. Pricing starts at $12 for Melbourne Metro, around $16 to Sydney, through to $50 for larger orders to rural destinations.

Shipping Charges for Eizo Monitors and Epson Printers

Our online shopping system will calculate the shipping price for you. All Eizo monitors are sent fully insured.

Some indicative pricing information:

Prices vary from around $20 to Melbourne to $50 for larger models pretty much anywhere in the country, with about $35 being standard for Sydney etc.

International Shipping Charges

We charge for International shipping at cost. We can give you an estimate when you make your order, but the final charge is based on the full weight of your order once carefully packed.
