The cable features a locking DisplayPort connector providing a secure, dependable connection to your monitor. To remove the cable, simply press the button to unlock the connector. The cables soft jacket protects from bends and deformation that can damage the cable.

Features:

  • Connect a Mini DisplayPort Enabled Computer to a DisplayPort Monitor
  • Transfers Both Uncompressed Audio and High-Definition Video Signals
  • Supports HDTV Resolutions up to 1080p and 2560x1600 for Computers
  • Sends Extended Colors up to 12-Bits per Component for Billions of Colours
  • Locking DisplayPort Connector Keeps the Cable Securely Connected
  • Supports all monitor models up to and including the 30 inch models at their full native resolutions.

NB Image Science has tested this specific cable with the Eizo CG and NEC PA monitor ranges and have found them to be much more stable than using the (overpriced) genuine Apple adaptors. This cable also works fine on newer Thunderbolt based Apple products.

Testimonials

Hi Jeremy,

Many thanks for all your assistance, helpful advice and most useful website. Your email follow ups etc are most handy too - I'm impressed with your attention to detail and great customer focus.

I now have my PA271W set up and working well (other than doing the calibration with Spectraview once my new i1display pro arrives). Thanks for the speedy order process for both monitor and calibrator (I gather the latter is waiting at the post office for me to collect today).

As promised, here is some feedback re the minidisplay port to display port connector for my Mac Pro. Very simple actually - no problems whatsoever! I just plugged it in and everything worked.

So, so far so good. And I just LOVE my new monitor. Great colour and clarity and a big improvement on my previous seven year-old Apple Cinema Display. But you know all that, so no need for me to say more...

Hope all's well and the week is off to a great start for you.

Regards

(Toni L, Vic)
