Product Description
A premium acid free canvas with a pure white tone that has been specially developed for professionals who demand a product capable of producing precise images with very high resolution. In addition to offering outstanding water resistance, this canvas stretches and mounts with ease.
This OBA-free archival canvas is capable of producing extremely precise images with very high resolution on a reflective-free surface. The canvas will not yellow, crack or curl and is an ideal choice for a variety of applications including portraiture, fine art photography and demanding giclée requirements.
Please note this product use a swellable coating (read about coatings here). This means the curing time with this product, especially with pigment inks, is very long. You should leave prints made to dry for several days before you stretch your canvas prints, and handle them with caution. You should coat these prints for the best protection.

I purchased Canson WP matte canvas after a recommendation from Imagescience, after a client showed me a canvas they received from a well known national retailer. I thought to myself there has to be a canvas on the market that can produce better quality prints than what I saw. After I received the product and the excitement had died down a little I sat down to attempt to trick my Epson 3800 into accepting canvas. After a couple of failed attempts, the printer and canvas appeared to be getting on really well. When the first inch or so of the print appeared from the printer housing it took my breathe away. I couldn’t believe the clarity and resolution that the canvas produced.
When the client returned they were absolutely flattened by the results, and quite frankly so was I. I used the profile available on the website for outstanding results, but for those of you that demand the best an Imagescience custom profile is a must.
