Please note that we ship only to Australia (including Norfolk Island) and New Zealand.
If your order is received before around 1 p.m., and the items you have ordered
are in stock, your order will generally be shipped the same
day.
About 90% of orders are shipped directly from
stock. When shipped you will receive a message notifying you
that your order has been completed and you can log on to your account
to check your order's tracking number with the shipping company.
Because
we carry a very large range of specialist products, some items must be
ordered from suppliers. This adds two to three
days. If this is the case, your order will be marked with
'Back Ordered' and you will receive an automatic notification by email. (You can also check your order status by logging
into your account using the link at the top of the page).
If
an item is on back-order with our suppliers, and the wait will therefore be longer than 2-3 days, we will contact you with
an ETA for the item.
All items (excluding monitors and printers) are sent by Australia
Post eParcel and during checkout you can choose regular or express
services. PO Boxes are fine, except with monitors and printers.
Monitors
and Printers are sent by road courier. You should use an address where
you will be present during business hours as you will need to sign for
your package. If you are not present, a re-delivery will need to be
arranged and you may be charged a fee for this.
