General Shipping Information

We ship 80% of orders directly from stock, but because we carry a very large range of specialist products, some items need to be ordered from our upstream suppliers. If your order is going to take longer than 3 or 4 business days to dispatch, we will be in touch via email with an ETA. 

If we receive your order before 1 pm and all the items are in stock, it will be usually be shipped the same day. Once your products are on their way, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your parcel tracking details. You can also track the progress of your order via your online Image Science account.
 

FOR URGENT ORDERS:

If you’re on a deadline and really need something by a specific time, please call us first to check stock, so we can provide you with the best information.

 

Regular Shipping - We use Australia Post to send most parcels and you may nominate their regular or express service during checkout. We can deliver to PO Boxes addresses via eParcel. Note that eParcel Express is not the same as consumer 'Express Post' - it is an express service that offers significantly better tracking  - but does not come with the same guarantee of a refund if overnight delivery does not occur.  
 

Free Shipping Items - these are typically sent directly from the manufacturer (or distributor) - by courier.  They use a variety of different courier services. 
 

Monitor and Printer Orders  - extra large orders that requires multiple boxes, or bulky items such as monitors and printers are sent by road courier.  We generally use TNT but it can vary.
 

FOR ALL COURIER ORDERS:

Please use an address where you will be present during business hours as you will generally need to sign for your package.  If you are not present, a re-delivery will need to be arranged and you can be charged a fee for this (currently up to $23 - this is the courier's charge, not ours). 

Please note we can't ship items sent by courier to PO Box addresses.  You may use a business address, a friends address, or any residential address where someone will be present to sign for it.

We will always endeavour to pass on special delivery instructions to the courier, but please note whether they read or act on the instructions is outside of our control, and actions like calling before delivery may not be included in their service.

We will send you tracking details as soon as we have them.  Occasionally, the product will arrive before we get tracking from the supplier.

International Shipping

Please note that we only ship to Australia (including Norfolk Island) and New Zealand.  We do not otherwise ship physical products internationally.

We can however, ship digital products to customers located overseas, which includes our Fundamentals of Digital eBook, and our custom ICC Profile service.  To order, you must enter an Australian address into the shipping address section at checkout.  You may use our studio address: 95 Howard Street, North Melbourne, VIC 3051.

How To Get A Shipping Quote

If you would like to get a shipping quote, simply add the products you wish to order to your cart. 
 

Go to your cart and enter your postcode in the 'Totals & Shipping' section. Our shipping calculator will work out the cost of your order to ship. This amount will change depending on what products you have in your cart so remember to check back if you add any extra products to your order.
