The original DFP notes were written  a few years ago now, and since then I have got married and my wife and I have started a family.  Time has proved to be in short supply.

I am hopeful that soon, I will finally have time to return to the DFP notes and begin work on sections two and three, as well as go back and edit the first section to bring it completely up to date.
