We've just taken delivery of an excellent new scanner, and we can now direct scan any artworks or documents up to A3 in size (297 by 420mm).

These scans are of course perfect for use with our very popular and economical Store and Print Service.

We've completed custom profiling of this machine with great results and it is offering very colour accurate, sharp scans of artworks.

High Resolution Scans of Artworks

We'll be putting more information about this up soon but pricing is as follows:

A4 (and smaller) Scans (at 600 PPI, gives 200MB for A4) - $15

Sizes above A4 to A3 scans (at 600 PPI, gives 400MB for A3) - $45

In both cases these scans are designed to allow you to reproduce your originals up to at least twice their original size with excellent quality.

Please note that we produce colour accurate raw scans for this price (just like our film scanning service). You will need to do some basic dust and scratch retouching, and setting of final black and white points/contrast before your scans are print ready. You can also use our retouching service if you prefer.

Super High Resolution Scans of Artworks

If you need bigger scans, we can also offer these scans suitable for reproduction up to at least 4 times the original size:

A4 (and smaller) Scans (at 1200 PPI, gives 800MB for A4) - $35

Sizes above A4 to A3 scans (at 1200 PPI, gives 1.56GB for A3) - $100
