We kindly ask that all studio visits - apart from order collections - be scheduled in advance by booking an appointment.  We are predominantly an online business, so all product and services ordering is done through our website, with the exception of art reproduction consultations.

Over the years we've found that this approach keeps our operations running smoothly.  As we are only a small team with sometimes very heavy workloads, planning our time ahead helps us deliver excellent service, exceed expectations, and meet our client deadlines.

We always prefer email for our communications for the reasons given above. 

Technical support is provided exclusively via email and is not available by telephone. Access to support is conditional upon the customer submitting a request via email that includes sufficient detail to enable assessment of the issue, including a clear description of the problem, relevant background information, and, where applicable, photographs or screenshots.

Visits to our office are by Appointment only.
 

Our opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
