File Naming
Article Details

Last Updated
22nd of August, 2011

Your files will come back with default names like 'untitled12.tif' - these names are created automatically by the scanning software.

We are often asked if we can name each scan individually - we're sorry but we can't. This might seem silly to you but the only way we can offer our extremely low prices is by streamlining our processes and concentrating all our efforts on getting you great scans of your film. When you get your scans back, you should check them all, and duplicate the scans to another media for safe keeping and we recommend you use Photoshop, ACDSee or similar to produce a contact sheet at this time.
