Ordering Prints
Please download our order form, fill it out completely, and send or bring it along with your order.
Our print services are available by drop-off/pick up by appointment, or by mail order to anywhere in Australia, or indeed the world.
Turn-around Times
We officially quote 2-3 working days, however 95% of jobs are done in 24 hours or less, except for exceptionally busy times (e.g. student folio times, or just before APPA submission dates!).
Please note that our 44 inch printer is not stored in our main office (it's too big!) so 44" roll prints will take an extra day or two to get done.
Rush Orders
If you're in a terrible rush, you can jump the queue. There is a 20% price loading for this service. Your print(s) will be printed immediately the printer is next available, and typically you can pick your order up later the same day (or the next day with 44" roll prints).
This allows you to essentially jump the queue with your urgent work (eg folio work), but you need to remember that everyone is in a hurry and we generally service jobs in the order we get them.
We will only agree to do this if:
- it doesn't put out any of our other clients
- it doesn't interfere with any other rush jobs booked in before yours
- it doesn't interfere with our outside of work lives!
Drop Off and Pick Up
You can of course drop off your files, and then pick up your order - please contact us to arrange an appointment.
Mail Order / eMail Order / Electronic delivery
For anything smaller than 5Mb, just email it.
For anything over 5Mb, please use the free You Send It file sending service - [opens in a new window, pre-filled with our address]
Alternatively, please burn to a CD/DVD/USB Stick and post or bring it to us.
Please send clear and detailed instructions with your order...please do not send a note saying 'give me a call when you get this' or your order will almost certainly be delayed.
