Digital Day Course
One on one training in Colour Management, Photoshop, and Fine Art Printing
This course is designed to help you move forward more quickly with your development as a digital image maker and printer.
The course is given by Jeremy Daalder, at your site with your equipment (or at ours if you prefer). Jeremy will visit your site and spend a (very) full day with you setting up a professional, fully colour managed workflow and/or consulting and tutoring on any aspect of colour management, digital imaging, digital fine art printing and Photoshop.
A day course in digital image editing and output
The course is individual to you and your needs - before each session we come up with a programme for the day tailored specifically to those areas you feel would help you improve your results the most. The course level can be from very basic right through to the best techniques for world class digital image making.
By the end of the session you will have a good understanding of the issues and processes needed to get excellent, professional quality results using modern digital techniques. You can freely pick Jeremy's brain about any information at all about digital imaging - from learning about curves in Photoshop to discussing the merits of various media for long term archiving of digital files, Jeremy can offer advice in a wide variety of areas.
At the end of the course, you will also receive a link to an extensive series of on-line notes about digital image making (a draft version of a book under development), so that you have a reference to return to after the day.
Course Costs
This service costs just $400 for a full 4 and a half hour on-site session (usually 10am - 2:30pm, with a half-hour or so for lunch/coffee along the way).
The course fee is for one person only - if you wish to arrange a small group, there is an additional fee of $100 per extra student.
The sessions are held in and around Melbourne (up to 30 mins drive from our North Melbourne address is included).
If you would like to do this course but are not in Melbourne, we can still offer the course if you cover travel expenses (fly over in the morning, fly out at night, Virgin/Jetstar cheap flights etc are fine). Just call us to discuss.
