The new, very affordable X-Rite Colour Munki Photo is a high quality, full spectrophotometer based system for monitor and printer calibration.

This product is designed specifically with ease of use and affordability in mind - without comprimising quality.

It performs three essential functions for the photographer that wants control:

1. Monitor Calibration - Color Munki calibrates all types of monitors (LCD, Laptop, CRT) quickly and easy - many of them even automatically if they support DDC (Direct Digital Control).

2. Printer Calibration - Color Munki quickly and easy creates high quality printer profiles using a 2 pass iterative algorithm - results almost as good as the Eye One Systems ($2000 up) in just minutes!

3. Spot Colour Measurement - You can take spot colour readings of just about anything - logos, materials, you name it. This can be a surprisingly handy feature and can really help you check that your capture->screen->print process is working accurately.
